what kind of shoots do you do? - i mainly photograph lifestyle photography and headshots or portraits. i also enjoy capturing pets, street art, and nature.
do you still photograph weddings? - i don't. however, i do make small exceptions depending on the situation. i mainly enjoy shooting backyard + DIY weddings.
do you have a studio? - not yet! i shoot on location (preferably with good natural lighting) so that means the possibilities are endless!

how much do you charge for a photoshoot? - headshot sessions start at a minimum of $300 per person (group rate discounts are available), and photoshoots start at a minimum of $500. this includes my time spent traveling as well as on pre + post production work. Included with each package is light editing and retouching, and a set amount of high-resolution digital downloadable images that are yours to keep forever. all digital files can be purchased for an additional flat rate.

when are you available for a photoshoot? - my schedule varies, but i'm mostly available evenings + weekends.
are you willing to travel? - absolutely. this is negotiable dependent upon the location.
i live in new jersey. are you willing to do a photoshoot next time you're in town? - from time to time, i will offer a mini shoots when traveling back home. they are usually 30 minute sessions and are very limited. be on the lookout for those specials!

how far in advance should i book my photoshoot? - my schedule can be flexible but i recommend at least 2 weeks. during the fall, i recommend 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure you'll get your images back in time for the holidays.
when is the best time to do a photoshoot? - the "golden hour" is the best time to do a photoshoot. either early morning right after sunrise, or right before sunset. i usually prefer mornings because there are less people around :)
once we've done a photoshoot, what happens next? - the next steps are a breeze.
1. i will edit your photos + provide you with the proofs to view in a password protected watermarked online gallery
2. you select your favorites photos!
3. your favorite photos will be further retouched + i will send you the final version in the online gallery for you to view + download.
what if i want more than the amount of edited photos that come with my package? additional edited photos are $30/image, or you can purchase all of the digital images from your shoot for a flat rate.
how long does it take to get my pictures? - my turnaround time for providing digital edited images are 2-3 weeks.
where can i use my pictures? - these are for your personal use on your website + social media. please always use credit when posting on social sites or using in any publications.
will you airbrush me + make me look [insert adjective here]? - i offer basic edits on all images and do minor retouching on Photoshop for any unnatural blemishes or scars, or flyaway hairs. i will not make you [insert adjective here] because you are beautiful just the way you are. but if you're interested, additional intricate retouching is a flat rate of $100.
do you sell your prints? - you betcha! let me know which ones strike your fancy and i'll set it up in the store online so you can purchase.
